Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Domaine de Raba, I was captivated by the hotel's unique charm and culinary offerings. Upon arrival, we were welcomed to a beautifully designed room, complete with delightful touches such as complimentary cookies and water. The reception staff's helpfulness ensured a smooth check-in process. The ambiance was meticulously crafted, creating an inviting atmosphere perfect for indulging in gourmet delights. My dining companions and I opted for dishes to share, allowing us to savor a variety of flavors while enjoying each other’s company. The menu boasted a range of options, complemented by a thoughtfully curated wine selection. While I didn't indulge in breakfast, I did notice the appealing spread that promised a delightful start to the day—though a more robust coffee machine would be a welcome addition. Domaine de Raba’s location is another advantage, conveniently situated near the university and accessible to attractions. With local dining options like Marguerite and Les Petits Caprices nearby, it makes for an enticing base for food enthusiasts eager to delve deeper into the region’s culinary scene.
